From the terrace, there are excellent views of the mountains to the rear of Seron, the hillside behind the house and towards the outdoor pool and helipad. It also offers great views of the annual cycle races.

In addition to this outdoor terrace, there is also an indoor terrace, a cool area next to the living room, simply dressed with a round table, chairs and a large flower pot, ideal as a rest/reading area.
