With an excellent location, next to the Ajuda University Polo, this land with 2,000 sqm of area is located in the Alto da Ajuda, at Sítio do Casalinho, opposite the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon.
The terrain is still classified as rustic terrain, however, in terms of PDM is implemented in Central and residential space consolidated, tracing C, in UOPG 09, so, according to the indices foreseen in this instrument of planning, It will be possible to build about 4,000 sqm of construction.
The terrain has a setting of about 22 m deep and 55 m of usable width. As defined in article 54 of the PDM regulation, in accordance with
