Big Apartment In The Centre

Tuscan apartment in the very centre of the small village of Pontedera, in the pedestrian zone, within easy reach of all kind of fashion shops, bank, pharmacy, train station, amazing restaurants like “Fammilume” small private and charming.
The apartment is in a historical building with high ceilings, that’s why in the entire building there are just 4 apartments.
The dwelling welcomes you in the entrance where there’s space to leave jackets etc, on the right side there’s the dining room connected through an arch to the kitchen, all rustic style.
On the other side of the entrance there’s the first floor bathroom, with both bath and shower, and a small terrace where you can cultivate aromatic plants and even eat in summer season.
