19th Century Mansion

Quinta do Relógio dates back to the 19th century and was built in 1860, under the direction of Architect Cinatti from Siena. It was the residence of His Royal Highness, King Fernando II. The Clock Tower stands out in its gardens, which gave the property its name. At the moment the property belongs to the heirs of His Royal Highness the King D. João I and D. Filipa de Lancastre, Queen of Portugal and is a heritage protected by the environmental safeguard plan and built heritage of the Municipality of Oeiras.
